Do you have a physical store?

ByDesign is currently available exclusively online. Follow us on Instagram and Tiktok at @bydesign__ph for updates on future pop-ups and events.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Philippines. For inquiries and special requests for shipping, feel free to reach out to us at hello@bydesign.ph.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday.

 

How long does delivery take?

Metro Manila: 3-5 business days from when the item is picked up. 

— We also offer same-day delivery, depending on our team’s availability and schedule. If you need your order sooner, shoot us a message at hello@bydesign.ph or via Instagram DMs before checking out so we can confirm if same-day delivery is possible.

Provincial areas: 3-7 business days from when the item is picked up

Note that delays may occur due to unexpected weather conditions.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the first working day of the week. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We only offer refunds for items that were listed as available but turned out to be out of stock at the time of your purchase.

Email hello@bydesign.ph within five (5) days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We’re happy to arrange an exchange for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you originally ordered. Just send us a message at hello@bydesign.ph.

Important Note: Should an item be damaged or missin, we’ll need an unboxing video to help us double-check and make things right.

 

Who covers the return shipping costs?

ByDesign will cover shipping costs provided that the wrong item was shipped, or the order arrived damaged.

 

What are your payment options?

ByDesign accepts payments via Paypal checkout! You can use any major credit & debit cards to pay for your orders.

ByDesign also accepts GCash for payments.

PRODUCT CARE

A little care goes a long way.

Wipe your bags down with mild soap and water, air dry completely, and keep them away from direct sunlight. No machine washes, please.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged contact with dark fabrics to prevent color transfer.
